AMARACHI OKAFOR Amarachi Okafor (b. 1977, Nigeria) was born in Umuahia, Nigeria and studied at the University of Nigeria. Amarachi focuses on culture, religion, history, gender relations and human sexuality in her work. She focuses on painting and sculpture. Amarachi is the recipient of a UNESCO-Aschberg residency.
